New Rules for New Driving License 2023

• The first rule is that if you want to study in a 2 wheeler or 4 wheeler training center then you have to study 1 acre of land.
• All heavy vehicle training centers require a minimum of 2 hectares of land, but can be more. Instructors must be qualified to enter a technical college or higher college and have at least five years of driving experience in a driving school or training school.
• Instructors must have a Department of Transportation course with a high quality driving truck test teaching qualification administered by the Department of Transportation.
• Driving time for loaded vehicle training must be minimum 38 hours and must be completed within 6 weeks.
• There should be 8 hours of theoretical classes and 31 hours of practical classes to complete the course.
• The minimum vehicle training time should be 29 hours and the training should be completed within 4 weeks. The training consists of 8 hours of theory and 21 hours of hands-on time for motorcycles and light vehicles.
• At the center is the biometric system where you have to learn driving and the information technology ecosystem.
• The center conductor requires a test track and a stimulator.
