Forest Guard Class 3 posts are district based. Candidates who have to apply for that district but candidates who have applied for more than one district, then the last district for which they have applied will be considered valid and they will have to fill the consent form for that district.
Thus taking into consideration all the above matters it is decided by the Department to obtain “Consent to take the Examination” from the candidates registered for Advertisement No. FOREST/202223/1 Forest Guard Class 3 and the consent form is available on OJAS website https://ojas.gujarat.gov .in will be made available on 24-07-2023 to 07-08-2023. For which the candidate has to login with his confirmation number and date of birth in Consent for Exam on the HOME PAGE of OJAS website and the form regarding his consent to take the examination of forest guard class 3 dated 24-07-2023 at 11 am :00 hrs to 07-08-2023 to be filled between 11:00 hrs. After last date 07-08-2023 11:00 am no candidate can fill the consent form to take the exam.
Forest Guard Exam 2023 Consent Required
Candidates who submit advertisement number FOREST/202223/1 Forest Guard Class 3 “Consent Form for Examination” online at OJAS website https://ojas.gujarat.gov.in will generate a code to download the exam call letter and consent form. A receipt will be generated for submission. The candidate has to take a print out and keep it with himself.
Candidates have to keep the code to download the call letter. Without the code, the candidate will not be able to download the collator for admission to the exam, which candidates should take special note of.
Candidates who do not fill this consent form within the stipulated time will automatically cancel their online applications under Advertisement No. FOREST/202223/1 Forest Guard Class 3 Advertisement No. FOREST/202223/1 Forest Guard Class 3 for their upcoming competitive examination. Also will not be able to download the call letter and will not be able to appear in the exam and any complaints regarding this will not be entertained by the account later.

As per Advertisement No. FOREST/202223/1 Forest Guard Class 3 if any candidate is found to have filled different consent forms of different confirmation numbers by the candidate then such candidates will be disqualified from competitive examinations of all recruitment institutes of Gujarat state.
