Junior Clerk Compensation
Gujarat Panchayat Seva Selection Board Advertisement No- 12/2122 Competitive Examination for Junior Clerk (Administration/Accounts) Cadre Dated. To be held by the Mandal on 09-04-2023 (Sunday) from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM. After the completion of the examination dated 09-04-2023, after obtaining the data of the candidates appearing in the examination, it is planned to deposit the above amount in the candidate's account approximately between 20th to 30th April 2023. So all the candidates of the above examination have to fill the details in the online form regarding their bank account details from the OJAS website after downloading their call letter from the OJAS website.
Junior Clerk Exam Candidates Will Get Rs 254
It has been decided by the board to give a sum of Rs 254/- to each candidate appearing in the examination center online in the candidate's bank account towards the cost of traveling to and from the allotted examination center. It is planned to deposit the above amount in the candidate's account approximately from 20 to 30 April 2023.
Junior Clerk Reimbursement
- The online form of Reimbursement application will open after the candidate clicks on the NOTICE BOARD on the https://ojas.gujarat.gov.in website.
- All the details in this online form have to be filled in capital letter only in English.
- Only the details filled in the online form placed on the OJAS website will be accepted. No physical form will be accepted.
- The candidate has to fill the bank account details accurately as per the details mentioned in the passbook/checkbook given by his bank. The candidate has to fill the account number and IFS code as per the passbook/checkbook given by his bank.
- The candidate shall fill the above information with due care and accuracy and within the time limit, in which the candidate himself/herself shall be responsible for any mistake or entry of wrong bank account number/wrong IFSC code. It is to be noted that later any representation regarding this matter will not be entertained by the Board.
- Only the online form filled by the candidates with the above details between 31-3-2023 13:00 hrs and 9-4-2023 12:30 hrs will be accepted.
- In any case, if a candidate cannot fill the above bank details online immediately after downloading his call-letter, then even after downloading the call-letter dt. On 9/4/2023 till 12:30 hrs one can fill their bank details online in prescribed form on OJAS website.
- The candidate dt. Only those candidates who have appeared in the written examination on 09-04-2023, will give the examination and have filled their bank details in the Reimbursement application on the OJAS website within the stipulated period, will be eligible to receive the above amount.
