Eligibility Criteria

- Under Gyan Shakti Admission 2023, the following students can fill the form to get admission in class VI. Students who have studied class 1 to 5 in government and granted schools and who have completed class V can fill the form for admission in class VI in all these schools.

- Students who have completed class 5 in a private school dependent on voice can fill the form for admission to Raksha Shakti School and Model School only.

Examination Fee

There is no fee for filling the entrance exam form for admission in these schools, that means the student will not have to pay any fee for taking the entrance exam.

  • The application forms of this entrance exam can be filled online from http://www.sebexam.org website.
  • The details mentioned in the online application form are not verified by the State Examination Board. Hence the student himself will be responsible for personal information and other details.\
  • For this test, the application form is filled online by the State Examination Board, Gandhinagar and if the details of the information sought by the student have been concealed or given false information by the student, the decision of canceling the result of such student will be taken by the Chairman, State Examination Board. The decision of the Chairman State Examination Board shall be final for all examination related matters.
  • Forms of this entrance exam will be filled in Model School School, BRC Bhavan and CRC Bhavan and from the student's own schools absolutely free of cost. Self-reliant school students can fill the admission form only for Rakshashakti Schools and Model Schools.
  • Only a maximum of 25% students from self-reliant schools will be admitted in Rakshashakti Schools.
  • The student should take a printout of the form filled online on the website and keep it with him.
  • Hall ticket information in your registered mobile SMS. will be informed by or you have to keep checking www.sebexam.org website. And will also be informed by the school.
  • After downloading the student hall ticket, study the instructions given below/behind it in detail. It is very important to study in detail all the instructions printed on the sample OMR sheet given at the time of examination along with the hall ticket. So that there is no confusion at the time of examination.
  • After making a copy of the hall ticket, the students have to affix the signature of the principal of the school in which they are studying, coin and their passport size photo of the child on the hall ticket.
  • If further information is required as per the above advertisement, the office of BRC/TPEO Shri can be contacted during the school hours on the current working day. TPEO The concerned Taluka Panchayat office can be contacted for the office.
  • While the student himself has to give a certificate online that the details of the filled form are correct, if someone submits wrong details, his form will be liable to be canceled and a criminal offense will be committed against him.
  • Caste certificate from competent authority is required in case of Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes. Which has to be presented at the time of admission.
