Mukhyamantri Yuva Swavalamban Yojana 2021:- Obtained 80% or more percentile in Std-10 or Std-12 (General stream / Science stream) examination from a recognized board in Gujarat state and got 65% or more marks in diploma course and got admission in the first year of graduate diploma course in the academic year 2020-2021. Financial assistance should be given to bright and needy students under this scheme

Where to apply for MYSY scheme and what is the application process?

MYSY scheme application has to be done online on the portal https://mysy.guj.nic.in. Students have to register by going to Login / Register on the said portal. After registration, the required details have to be filled in, the required documents have to be uploaded and verification has to be done at the help-center.

2. What is the eligibility to apply in MYSY scheme?

The following two conditions must be met to apply for an MYSY plan.

1. a) 80% or more percentile in Std-12 Science stream or general stream examination for the graduate course

B) 90% or more percentile in Std. 10 examinations for Diploma course

C) 3% or more percentage in Diploma course examination for D-to-D course

2. Rs. The scheme will benefit the children of parents with an annual family income of up to Rs 6 lakh.

Note: This plan is for undergraduate courses only, not for postgraduate courses.

List of Documents for Fresh Application

- A self-certified copy of Aadhaar card
- A self-certified copy of Std-10 or Std-12 passed mark sheet,
- A self-certified copy of the letter of the Admissions Committee for admission to the Degree Diploma course,
- A self-certified copy of all tuition fee receipts,
- Self Declaration (actually),
- A self-certified copy of guardian's income certificate (of Mamlatdar or Taluka Development Officer),
- Certificate (actually) of the principal of the institute, on the letterhead of the institute.
- A self-certified copy of Hostel Admission and Meal Access,
- A self-certified copy of the first page of the savings account passbook in the bank
- A self-certified copy of income tax return or self-declaration of non-receipt of income taxable income (actually)

List of Documents for Renewal Application

- Copy of student's Aadhaar card (self-certified)
- Certificate for Scholarship Renewal from the Head of the Institute (Original)
- Copy of student's first/second third (year applicable year) mark sheet (mark sheet for both semesters if semester system is available) (self-certified)
- Copies of all fee payments in the second, third/fourth year of the course (whichever is applicable) (self-attested)
- Copy of Hostel Admission and Meal Access (Self-certified),
- First-page copy of student bank savings account passbook (self-certified)
- A self-certified copy of income tax return or self-declaration of non-receipt of income taxable income (original)

- Students have to upload all the documents online and go to the help-center and submit them.
