After scooters, cars, and buses, now CNG fitted tractors will also be seen plying the roads and farms. Union Minister for Roads, Transport and Highways Nitin Gadkari will unveil the country's first CNG-fitted tractor on February 12 at 5 pm. Minister of Petroleum and Natural Gas Dharmendra Pradhan, Minister of Agriculture Narendrasinh Tomar, Minister of State for Road Transport and Highways VK Singh, and Minister of State Purushottam Rupala will also be present on the occasion.
