Driving Licence Without Test:- The government has taken a new initiative to address the problem of preparing driving licenses. It will be possible to get a driving license even without an internal driving test. The Ministry of Road Transport and Highways has issued a draft for it. If that rule applies, you will be exempt from the driving test.

According to the draft, the government wants to give people good driving training. For this, the government has issued new guidelines for training centers. The draft states that those who successfully complete driving training at those training centers will be exempted from the driving test by applying for a driving license at the Provincial Transport Office (RTO).

Driving Licence Without Test Official Notification

The Ministry of Road Transport & Highways has issued a draft notification regarding accreditation of driver training centers. In order to impart quality driver training to the citizens, the Ministry has proposed detailed requirements to be met and procedures to be followed by such centers. Further, the Ministry has also provided that, any individual on successful completion of driver training from such centers, will be exempted from the requirement of the driving test while applying for a driving license.
