- Std 10th pass

- Must have passed the Female Health Worker basic training course from a government recognized institute. 

- Must be registered in ANM and Gujarat Nursing Council from Indian Nursing Council recognized institute.  

2. Post Name:  Multi Purpose Health Worker (MPHW) 

Total Post:  487

Education Qualification: 

- Std 10th pass

- 1 year Multi Purpose Worker Course from a government recognized institute.  

- Must have a Diploma course in Sanitary Inspector.

3. Post Name: Female Health Supervisor 

Total Post:  81 

Education Qualification: 

- Std 10th pass

- Must have passed the Female Health Worker basic training course from government recognized institute.  

- Must be registered in ANM and Gujarat Nursing Council from Indian Nursing Council recognized institute.

- Must have at least 3 years of experience working as a Female Health Worker (FHW).

4. Post Name: Multi Purpose Health Supervisor

Education Qualification: 

- Std 10th pass

- 1 year Multi Purpose Worker Course from a government recognized institute.
