Mukhyamantri Mahila Utkarsh Yojana Gujarat 2021:- Implementation of this scheme in rural areas by Gujarat Livelihood Promotion Company Ltd. (GLPC) and in urban areas by Gujarat Urban Development Mission (GULM). The main objective of this scheme is to create 1 lakh Joint Liability Earnings and Savings Group (JLESG) and make 10 lakh women self-reliant by encouraging joint economic activity through these groups.

The web portal of Mukhyamantri Mahila Utkarsh Yojana was launched with the noble objective of providing complete information and details in a transparent manner.

Mukhyamantri Mahila Utkarsh Yojana Gujarat 2021:-

From the portal www.mmuy.gujarat.gov.in complete information of the scheme, beneficiary eligibility, as well as credit and timing approval information, will be available to the participating banks.

So far 44,854 women's groups have been formed in the state under the Mukhyamantri Mahila Utkarsh Yojana

Under this scheme, 50 thousand in a rural area and 50 thousand in urban areas 1 lakh women groups will be given the assistance of Rs. 1 lakh per group for starting home industry or small business.

The main features of this scheme are as follows.

(1) If each group pays regular installment under this scheme, Rs. Provision has been made to pay interest above Rs. 1 lakh from the Government.

(2) The scheme will cover 50,000 JLESG in rural areas and 50,000 JLESG in urban areas. In which the amount of interest will be paid by the government to the lending institutions on behalf of the women's group.

(3) Nationalized Banks, Grameen Banks, Cooperative Banks, Private Banks, Co-operative Societies and RBI for the successful implementation of this scheme. Other recognized credit institutions - MFIs will also be promoted by the Government. (May change subject to change)
