Matdar Yadi Sudharana karykram Babat Latest Paripatra 2020:- In 194 assembly constituencies included in the state (excluding 6 assembly constituencies under by-elections) under the program of special brief correction of voter list starting from 09/11/2020 on 22/11/2020 (Sunday), 29/11/2020 The days of (Sunday) 06/12/2020 (Sunday) and 13/12/2020 (Sunday) have been decided as special campaign days. Matdar Yadi Sudharana karykram Babat Latest Paripatra 2020:-

1. Special arrangements shall be made by the designated officer to be present at the polling station from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm to accept claims and objections.

2. Display appropriate banner related to the program at each such location.

3. Accepting forms by the designated officer on the day of a special campaign, checking the details of voters from the draft, checking the draft with the help of BLA, finding defects and taking ancillary action and sending report to ERO / AERO through supervisor in the evening at the end of each special campaign day.

4. On this day, the supervisor will make regular visits to each of the locations under the jurisdiction and provide necessary supervision and guidance and report to the ERO / AERO of each part in the evening.

5. District Election Officer, Voter Registration Officer, and Assistant Voter Registration Officer shall visit the designated locations at random.

6. Details of forms received on the day of the special campaign should be sent here.
